Institution: Wyke Sixth Form College I think I will place my masthead on the top centre of the page as it's usually the first place the audience looks. I will use a large font as I want it to be the most attractive sign on my magazine cover. I hope to stick to the same colours as the college website and logo- which is mainly purple, white and green although I may make them richer to make them more appealine. Purple gives connotations of royalty and luxury and according to surveys 75% of teenagers find purple the most aesthetically pleasing colour, making it an excellent choice for my masthead. I think the anchorage on my text will be superimposed on my image as I want my DTP to fill the cover making it seem quite striking.
