Induction Task- DTP Development

This is an example of the original digital photograph I took. I really like the pose, however I think the original colour is ordinary and I wanted my advert to stick out in the fragrance market.

I would like to change the colour of the perfume bottle too, so it heavily relates to the name of the fragrance. ‘Midnight Secrets’.

This was saved after I decided to change the colour of the photograph to black and white, which makes it seem more surreal and gives connotations of professionalism and high-class which relates to the magazines the advert will be featured in. I think that the purple colour is too subtle and could fade into the background, I plan to brighten this up a bit to make it more obvious. I pasted the brand name onto the perfume bottle, but I have decided against it because in my opinion it looks tacky and a little cheap.
