I have made the decision that the coverlines on my cover page and the font on my subscrption box on the contents page will change each issue depending on the dominant colour on the main image on the cover. I think that this will make 'Radar' magazine a lot more interesting and by altering little things each issue it will remain recogniseable to the target audience but will keep fresh, and edgy which could persuade more people to purchase my magazine.

Further drafts of Cover and Contents Page

More Feedback
I showed another media teacher my product and asked some of my classmates for a second opinion on my magazine. There were a few minor changes they said I should do, these were;
-Change the layout of my cover page as the bottom half (underneath my banner headline) looks too cramped whereas there is hardly anything going on in the top half of the page.
-Change the colour of the coverlines on my cover for a more interesting look

Further drafts of Cover Page
Since I last created my cover and contents page I have had feedback from my teacher and fellow students. I have taken this feedback into consideration and altered my magazine to comply with the comments I was given.
Since my last cover, I have now changed the images I used for my poster special. This was because my teacher had said that I used similar images of the artist- 'Cora Jagger' too often in my cover and it looked as if every image was from the same shoot. The posters I am now using show the artist in a different light as she is being conveyed in an unusual way compared to the cover image where she is simply just stood there. I am a lot more happy with these images as the old ones had bright coloured backgrounds. I thought that these backgrounds worked at the time but looking back at them now I think they look quite tacky and childish- something I do not want my magazine to connotate.
Feedback results
I have asked 20 students to fill in my questionnaire, these are the results.
I will put in percentages in the multiple choice questions and will put the most common answer in blue and bold.
Based on the cover, contents and double page spread would you purchase this magazine for £2.80?
